  384 K download speed with 128 K upload speed
• 2nd Tier Package $59.95 per month Residential, $79.95 per month Business
  512 K download speed with 128 K upload speed
• 3rd Tier Package $79.95 per month Residential, $99.95 per month Business
  768 K download with 128 K upload

Customers currently on the platinum plan will automatically move to the 512/128 kps speed tier.
