Anytime Calling Plan
This calling plan is for both businesses and residents. There is no monthly fee. All domestic direct calls will be billed at 10 cents per minute anytime of day to anywhere within the United States.
West Virginia Calling Plan
This calling plan is for residence only.
A monthly charge of $25.00, which includes 500 minutes a month of calling originating from your home and terminating in the state of West Virginia, will apply to this plan.
Additional Minutes over the 500 will be billed at 15 cents per minute.
Small Business Calling Plan
This calling plan is for businesses only. There is no monthly fee. All domestic direct dial calls will be billed at 12 cents per minute and will be billed in six-seconds increments with an 18-second minimum.

Calling Card Rates
A 50-cent per call surcharge will apply. The rate per minute will be 20 cents. These are for domestic calls. If you are traveling abroad please contact our office for instructions on using your calling card.
A 30-cent surcharge will apply to all calling card calls made from a payphone.
