Contest Rules and
Eligibility Requirements
- Entries are open to SKSRT members only.
- Photos must have been taken within the SKSRT serving area.
- Photos must have been taken within the past two years.
- Only one photo per member may be submitted.
- Digital photos must be at least 300 dpi and formatted as JPEG. All actual printed photos must be submitted in protective packaging and must include the negative.
- Photos may be emailed to sksrt@spruceknob.net. If the entrant's photo is selected, they must agree not to sell the photo or reproductions of the photo during the period it is displayed on the 2009 SKSRT directory cover. Entrants must also sign a photo release form.
- The following information must be submitted with the photo: name, address, telephone number, description of the photo, and location where the photo was taken. Photos must be submitted by August 15, 2008. Member voting for the winning photograph will begin on this date.
The winning photo will be selected by the membership of SKSRT. SKSRT reserves the right of final approval. Members may view the photos by the following methods: Photos will be displayed and can be voted on at the SKSRT business office. Photos may be viewed on the web at www.spruceknob.net. Voting will cease September 15, 2008.
Printed photos will not be returned unless requested and accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
